Fire Evacuation Plan

In the event of the fire alarm sounding, all staff, Club members and visitors are to leave the
building by the nearest fire exit. They should not stay to look for coats, bags, belongings, etc, but
evacuate immediately.

The person discovering the fire must first break the nearest call point which will sound the alarm,
then call the Emergency Services 9-999 and ask for Fire. They must then leave the building by the
nearest fire exit and alert everyone as to where the fire is situated.

Fire Marshalls should immediately check that the entire building is clear and must close all
windows and doors behind them as they carry out their checks.

The assembly point is located at the back of the 18th green, in front of the main Club House.

On arrival of the Fire Service the Fire Marshall should brief them appropriately.
